URGENT CAMPAIGN

URGENT CAMPAIGN

The Buy a Brick Foundation has recently given approval to pump water from the Zambezi River inland which will give water access to over 10,000 people in the rural areas that have been stricken by the drought 5 out of the past 6 years. This is devastating to the people living in the rural areas. The president of Zimbabwe has declared a state of emergency for the entire country.

We currently have 22 Community Gardens that we have established which gives the villages an opportunity to have year round crop rotation because we have drilled water wells and plowed the fields with our tractor. But the need is so great that we need to expand the water program.

We need to raise $150,000 to purchase the pumping system, solar power, booster pumps, piping, valves and storage tanks.

Can we rely on your support?

Volunteer

Can a person make an impact in the lives of others? Absolutely! Just ask the people in the bush of Zimbabwe if a volunteer from the Buy A Brick Foundation has had an impact in their life. We offer different ways to volunteer for Build a Brick Foundation:

  • Join Us on a Mission: The key to the impact is to go on a mission…not just a trip. A trip has a start date and a return date. A mission is something that continues until the results have been accomplished. Travel with us to Zimbabwe and get hands-on experience in building new schools, medical facilities, and community centers. It's a mission that changes lives, including yours! Volunteers stay at our iROCK Lodge, specifically designed to welcome visitors and provide a safe, supportive space while serving the community.

  • Participate in Fundraising Events: Help us organize and run fundraising events to gather the resources needed for our impactful projects. Your efforts can turn fundraising goals into realities.

  • Other Services: From planning and administration to behind-the-scenes tasks, your skills and enthusiasm are vital to our operations in Zimbabwe and can be done anywhere in the globe. There are tasks for just about anyone who is willing to help out.

Pray

As an organization driven by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, we deeply value prayer as a way to support our work and mission. You can contribute through prayer by focusing on the following areas:

Pray for Our Projects

Lift up our ongoing and upcoming projects in Zimbabwe. Pray for the successful completion of schools, medical facilities, and community centers, and for the well-being of those involved.

Pray for the People We Serve

Keep the communities we work with in your prayers. Ask for strength, health, and resilience for the individuals and families who benefit from our programs.

Pray for Our Team

Support our team members as they travel, work, and build relationships in Zimbabwe. Pray for their safety, wisdom, and the ability to make a meaningful impact.

Encourage your churches and families to join you in these prayers! Furthermore, help amplify our mission by sharing our story and initiatives with your community. Your spiritual support, encouragement, and word-of-mouth communication will be crucial as we work to transform lives. Thank you for joining us in this important way.
